Hydrogen Chloride Leak Hazmat Parkland WA

August 28, 1991 Parkland/ Spanaway WA. A bottle of hydrogen chloride was found in the front yard of a nearby residence. The home owner was exposed to the chemical. Someone had dumped it in the yard. The male victim was transported to a hospital after decontamination. A one block radius was evacuated for several hours while hazmat crews cleaned up the scene.... read more
