Resolved Question: Buying our first house in WA...where are the nicest areas?

we're looking at Puyallup, Orting, Spanaway... hubby will be working at Ft lewis, we've never lived in WA before but we would like to find out about these places before we move there as they look like they're away from the city but not too far... how far to travel to major shopping centres and are these areas nice or not? We have 2 small children who will be attending school in 2 years time. any info would be great... thank you... read more
